Rationale: 

I have learnt a variety of skills through doing my projects for all of my units. The knowledge I have gained includes, deconstructing and constructing pieces of research and transferring it into my own work. I have edited on adobe audition, premiere pro and adobe illustrator from using the adobe software I have learnt of the feature called gain radar clipping, this allows you to make your audio crisp and keeps consistency in audio.  These skills allow me to perfect my work and it stops me making small mistakes that will affect my final grade. By gaining the knowledge of how to use the features on adobe audition the audio editing software, it led me to create an audio documentary for my final major project.  

Project Concept:  

The aims for my project is to create a short 5- 7 minute podcast from a certain perspective for a topic that  has never been done,  I want to be a women who sees #MeToo from a men’s perspective and look at all the facts where women who use #metoo as a weapon as some women say they are a victim when they did what they wanted to do in order to get a promotion or get where they wanted to be (sexual act, casting couch e.t.c.). The production phase for my FMP will include research of accounts of women who lied about sexual assault, women who have been in the industry and many other aspects. The ideas for this project will develop during the creation of my documentary, the resources that will be used to produce my documentary would be a radio studio that has all the equipment which gives me the benefits to record audio at a professional standard. The software I will use to edit my raw audio will be adobe audition, this program enables you to edit audio at a professional level, it allows you to increase the volume, cut, enhance, and improve the quality or your audio piece. 

Evaluation:  

I will evaluate the progress of my work firstly by writing weekly evaluations about what I got done during that week and how it went I will evaluate what went well, how I could improve, include sources I have used and how they have helped me (mention specific parts.). Another way in where I reflect on my work will be showing my work to other parties and getting their feedback and make altercations to my work. When I make changes to my work I will have a document where I will showcase the previous work and how it looks after the changes and why I changed it. The evaluation will be reflective and analytical rather than a description of actions completed.
